Consideration for posting of an event will be extended to State education agencies; local education agencies operating a migrant education program; other public or nonprofit agencies operating a migrant education program; and associations, organizations, or groups (i.e., a PAC) representing State or local migrant education programs.

Event calendar posts should include:

  1. The full address for the location (e.g., hotel name, street address, city, State);
  2. Full contact information for the meeting organizer (e.g., name, affiliation, address, telephone number, e-mail address), and
  3. Whether the meeting is public or private.
